About the Role:
- BayBridgeDigital, a leading Salesforce partner, is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Executive Intern to support our Regional Vice President in driving business development across GCC markets outside the UAE (including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman).
- This internship offers hands-on exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem and B2B enterprise sales in the region, with a strong focus on building pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and supporting local Salesforce teams in joint go-to-market efforts.
Location: Dubai Media City - Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
Start date: ASAP - End of March 2026/ April 2026
What you will do:
- Support the RVP in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across GCC countries (excluding UAE)
- Assist in building and nurturing relationships with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem stakeholders in the region
- Conduct market research, account mapping, and support outbound prospecting initiatives
- Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and client briefs in coordination with the marketing and delivery teams
- Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and interactions
- Attend industry events, Salesforce meetups, and partner sessions when needed
What we are looking for:
- A student currently enrolled in a sales, business or tech program
- Already based in Dubai
- Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and English
- Interest in B2B technology, software solutions, and digital transformation; Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus – but not mandatory
- Team player with a strong interest in digital innovation and client experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
