What you will do:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Help document functional specifications for Salesforce projects
• Support workshop preparation and participate in client meetings
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure project success
• Follow up on testing, user acceptance and solution delivery
• Learn from a collaborative, experienced, and passionate team

What we are looking for:

• A student currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or IT-related program
• Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Fluent in English (working language)
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus – but not mandatory
• Team player with a strong interest in digital innovation and client experience
