BayBridgeDigital collaborated with Suez, a global leader in water and waste management, on a significant project to implement a unified customer repository for their industrial accounts. This initiative was part of Suez's strategic review of their data organization, aimed at streamlining business processes, enhancing data consolidation, and expanding reporting capabilities. The project's cornerstone was the development of a Single Customer Reference, driven by the need to achieve a global customer vision and optimize customer value and cross-selling opportunities.

Key objectives of the project included implementing a common industrial customer referential within the Suez Group, aligning processes and business rules for industrial accounts across both the Waste and Water sectors, and ensuring a consistent and up-to-date level of data quality. This partnership marked a pivotal step in Suez's long-standing history, enhancing their ability to manage resources efficiently and effectively for over 160 years across five continents.
