Created in 1976, SOTHEMA is a Moroccan pharmaceutical laboratory, specialized in the manufacture and marketing of medicines. With 40 years of experience, the pharmaceutical group is a major player and leader in innovation on its market. Sothema called upon the BayBridgeDigital team to accompany it in its digital transformation trajectory in order to improve efficiency and collaboration between operational teams, at the meantimes to rethink the role of the pharmacist, and to strengthen its partnership with Sothema.
We developed and deployed their Customer Community, including elements of communication and collaboration with the pharmacist. Thanks to the tool we set up for Sothema, they can easily to manage the approvals and dispatch of customer appointment requests.
