BayBridgeDigital has implemented a Portal integrating the Quote-To-Cash process for Alcatel-Lucent

As part of its digital transformation program, ALE wanted to initiate this project with the implementation of a portal that would bring together all the existing services in its various current and the implementation of a Quote-To-Cash process for its partners. All this with the aim of improving the user experience and supporting the development of new subscription offers in particular.


BayBridgeDigital has implemented a B2B CRM Portal to provide ALE's customers with a unified and integrated experience with one configuration for partners and customers, a unified experience for Business Partners allowing for better control of partner sales processes and an efficient Quotation tool using the strengths of the CPQ tool.
