BayBridgeDigital implanted Customer Service 360° for Groupe Mister Menuiserie.

Groupe Mister Menuiserie wanted to implement a CRM that would provide more transparency between the sales, support and marketing departments to ensure the company's growth objectives, so they turned to BayBridgeDigital.

Achievements:

BayBridgeDigital has set up Sales and Service Cloud solutions, in connection with the existing e-commerce solution (Magento) for Groupe Mister Menuiserie. We have defined and implemented a 360° customer vision and optimized the qualification of customers / prospects. We also implemented the marketing cloud solution: automation of campaigns and monitoring of marketing actions. And finally we have defined and implemented tools to manage the activities.
